Termination Rules

๐Ÿ“‹ Notice Period

Minimum 30 days for monthly-paid employees. 7 days for weekly/daily-paid. During probation, notice as per contract (minimum 1 day).

๐Ÿ’ฐ End of Service

Bahraini: pension via GOSI. Expat: gratuity of half-month per year (first 3 years), then full month per year. Calculated on last basic salary.

๐Ÿšซ Unfair Dismissal

Compensation of up to 12 months' salary if dismissal is found to be arbitrary or without just cause by the labour tribunal.
